These terms cover orders placed with Vinya Garden, the delivery kitchen of Seconds Corporation (Pvt) Ltd ("we", "us"), at No. 44 Kirulapone Avenue, Colombo 00500, Sri Lanka. By placing an order through this website, WhatsApp, PickMe Food or Uber Eats, you accept them.
Direct orders are placed by WhatsApp message to +94 77 762 7024. An order is confirmed only when a member of our team replies confirming the items, the total and the delivery address. Dishes are subject to availability; if something has run out we will offer an alternative or remove it from the order before payment.
The kitchen is open every day from 09:30 to 23:00. Last orders are taken at 22:30.
All prices are in Sri Lankan rupees (LKR) and are shown on the menu at the time of ordering. Direct orders have a minimum of Rs. 1,500. Delivery on direct orders above Rs. 1,500 is free of charge within our delivery area (Colombo 5, 6, 7 and 8 and adjoining neighbourhoods). Orders on PickMe Food and Uber Eats are priced and charged by those platforms under their own terms.
Direct orders are paid before dispatch, by card through a secure PayHere payment link or by bank transfer to the account details we send when confirming the order. We do not accept cash on delivery. Card payments are processed by PayHere (Sri Lanka); we never see or store your card number.
Typical delivery time is 30–45 minutes depending on distance and traffic. We deliver using our own dispatch riders and PickMe Flash. If a delivery is significantly delayed we will keep you informed on WhatsApp.
You may cancel an order free of charge any time before payment. Once an order is paid and the kitchen has started cooking it, it cannot be cancelled — see the Refund Policy for what happens if something goes wrong.
No MSG is used in any dish. Dishes are prepared in a single kitchen that handles gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, nuts and shellfish; we cannot guarantee the complete absence of any allergen. Tell us about allergies in your order message and we will advise honestly whether a dish is safe for you.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. If any part of them is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies to your order. Questions: WhatsApp +94 77 762 7024.
