This policy explains what Vinya Garden (Seconds Corporation (Pvt) Ltd, No. 44 Kirulapone Avenue, Colombo 00500, Sri Lanka) does with your information. The short version: we collect only what an order needs, and we don't sell or share it with anyone who isn't delivering your food or processing your payment.

What we collect

  • When you order on WhatsApp: your name, phone number, delivery address and order contents — because you send them to us. WhatsApp messages are end-to-end encrypted in transit by WhatsApp.
  • When you pay by card: payment is processed by PayHere (Sri Lanka). Your card number goes to PayHere, not to us — we receive only confirmation that payment succeeded.
  • When you pay by bank transfer: the account name on the incoming transfer.
  • When you browse this site: nothing personal. This website sets no cookies, runs no advertising trackers and has no user accounts. Our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs (IP address, pages requested) for security, retained under Cloudflare's own policy.

What we use it for

Cooking and delivering your order, taking payment, and fixing anything that goes wrong with it. If you message us asking to hear when the shop opens, we will message you about that, once. We do not add you to marketing lists.

What we share

Delivery details go to the rider bringing your food (including PickMe Flash riders). Payment details go to PayHere or the bank. Nothing is sold to, or shared with, anyone else, unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Order messages stay in our WhatsApp history so we can honour the refund policy and recognise regulars. Ask us to delete your details at any time by messaging +94 77 762 7024, and we will.

Orders through PickMe Food and Uber Eats

Orders placed in those apps are governed by those platforms' privacy policies. We receive only what we need to cook and hand over the order.
